Mother Lode Job Training (MLJT) serves as the workforce development leader for California’s Central Sierra region, supporting both employers and job seekers across Amador, Calaveras, Tuolumne, and Mariposa counties. Our mission is to provide employers with the skilled workforce they need to thrive, while helping individuals access the training, support, and opportunities required to earn family-sustaining wages. Through four regional job centers, MLJT delivers a wide range of services, including customized hiring support, wage-subsidized training programs, labor market data, and career coaching. By aligning workforce strategies with local business needs, MLJT plays a vital role in promoting economic stability and growth across our rural communities.
